The Technical Committee of IIW-INDIA is inviting application from students
for the following Award
Weldwell Speciality Award for
the Best Ph.D Thesis in the academic year 2011

Weldwell Speciality Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai
This award will be given away during the forthcoming National Welding Seminar to be held
in Bhilai during December 2011 for the best Ph.D Thesis submitted in the field of Welding
Science and Technology.
Criteria
Thesis should have been submitted during the last calendar year. The viva voce examination
should have been completed at the time of applying for the award.
Last date for the receipt of application : 15 October, 2011.
JUDGING
The Technical Committee will constitute a panel of independent judges to evaluate all the
applications.
