The fortieth Annual General Meeting of The Indian Institute of Welding will be held at the Park hotel, 17, Park Street, Kolkata 700 016, on Saturday, 23rd September, 2006 at 5:30 pm to transact the following business:
To receive and consider the statement of income & expenditure for the year ended 31 st march, 2006 along with the balance sheet as on the date and the auditor’s report.
To receive and consider Council’s report for the year ended 31st March, 2006.
To receive notification of the election of the President and to elect Vice - Presidents, Secretary General, Treasurer and Members of the Council for the year 2006–2007.
To appoint auditors and fix their remuneration.
