- The Transition Criteria mentioned are general requirements for candidates wishing to apply for award of Diploma through Transition Arrangements. However, conformance of the candidate’s total qualification and experience with the Transition Criteria approved by the International Authorisation Board (IAB) will be judged by the Assessment Committee for Transition Arrangements of the Indian Institute of Welding-ANB, whose decision will be binding for award of Transition Diplomas
- Candidates are initially required to send Rupees 12,000.00 (Rupees Twelve thousand Only) covering the Application, Registration and Course Fees. The payment should be made by DD payable at Kolkata in favour of “The Indian Institute of Welding-ANB” along with their filled up Application and Registration Forms available on this website. The Registration and course Fees amounting to Rs.11,000.00 will be refunded in case the application is not approved by the assessment committee
- Balance fees are payable after the candidate attends the refresher course and passes the Objective test and interview, on payment of which he will be issued the recommended Diploma

Special discount of 10% on total fees for ‘Early Bird’ applications received 6 weeks before the announced course date and “Group Application” by more than 3 candidates in a group (15%) shall be adjusted against the balance amount payable after the course
